What should I do if I forgot or lost my account password?
If you have lost your password, go to the web or mobile KELTA Wallet application, click the button Lost password below the login fields and follow the instructions provided.
How do I recover my Google Authenticator code?
If you need to recover your authenticator code, go to the web or mobile KELTA Wallet application, click the button Lost Authenticator Code below the code field and follow the instructions provided.
Why does the Google Authenticator code not work?
If the code does not work for you, make sure you have an updated Google Authenticator application, an active internet connection, and the correct time zone set in the application. Also, check you enter a valid code - the code is refreshed every 30 minutes. If you have more than one code set up, make sure you use the correct one.

Why can't I log in to my account?
When signing into your account, make sure that you're entering the correct email address and password. If you are logging in from another device or a different IP address, enter the verification code according to the instructions provided. If you're using 2-step verification with a Google Authenticator code when signing in, make sure you're entering the correct code.
Can my account be disabled or closed?
Yes, KELTA reserves the right to terminate any promotional activity including the rewards and the current rewards system as well as the right to exclude you from using KELTA´s services at any given time in case you promote incorrect, truthless, false, proofless or abusive information regarding KELTA and its services or due to violations of our Terms and Conditions.
How secure is your system from attack by hackers?
Given the nature of KELTA’s business model and the types of services offered, the company depends on the functioning of software applications, computer hardware, the internet, and other computer infrastructures. The KELTA team has made, and continues to make, every effort possible to limit the risk of viruses, DDOS attacks, physical break-ins, and other malicious activities.
What about taxation and legislation?
It is your responsibility to inform yourself regarding the local laws in your home jurisdiction. KELTA does not have any responsibility for any tax or other obligations you may have in your country as a result for involvement in the KELTA project.
How can I withdraw from the contract of sale for the provision of the KELTA´s services?
